LIVE-STREAMING:
All streaming services require an internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mb/s, along with a stream key from YouTube, Vimeo, or other platforms to be provided by you before any live video and/or audio broadcasting can take place.
If you are unable to provide a stream key, our YouTube account will be used to stream the video.

We are the original owners of professionally maintained equipment, consistently updated with the latest firmware from the manufacturers. Our system is designed to capture all data, ensuring no footage is missed. However, we are not liable for technical failures or unforeseen circumstances that may interfere with recording. If a recording failure occurs due to a technical issue, we will make every effort to resolve it on-site during the session. In the rare event that mechanical issues with our equipment result in the loss of 50% or more of your footage, we will provide a full refund if rescheduling a reshoot is not possible.
